Also given the fact some vegans wilfully neglect their pet’s diet for personal belief reasons you can in fact be a vegan and be ok with animal cruelty when its convenient for you.

Oh Sam. I tried feeding her a F/T mouse, no go. So then i decided to try live since I wasn’t really doing anything else besides skyping with Kay. So i threw in a live mouse and sat there watching for about 30 minutes and within that time span she 1.) Pursued the mouse around the tank but no strike 2.) Stared at me and 3.) Stopped mid pursuing for a 5 minute drink. Well shes closer to eating than she has been in a long time. I will be moving her to a tub soon, we shall see if that makes any difference with her feeding.

Got the shelves up and heat tape working. Next is the thermostat and moving my ball python to it. Cant wait to hit an expo to get some new baby noodles. This was easier than I thought it would be.

Spot shed!! Hes so vibrant :P My dad thinks I’m super weird for saving his sheds, but they are so perfect I couldn’t throw them away XD I’ll post some pictures of his sheds now compared to some of his baby sheds next.

Meet the newest rescue! Her name is now Sadie. She’s really tiny, and if you can’t tell by the pictures, her ears are illegally cut. You can see the cartilage in them. You can tell she was beaten, and was about to be used for fighting. Extremely skittish, but loving when she warms up to you.

The oldest mice pups have their eyes open. They will be weaned sometime this week. Muffin and his albino females create agouti babies. I also lost a male rat. Not sure what happened to him he was doing fine the day before but I did get him to a pet store where he as being sold as a feeder and those usually aren’t the healthiest. But good news is some of the females look pregnant. Ill get pictures some time this week of the mice.
I now have my shelves for the snake rack. Thermostat is in transit, not sure whats going on with the heat tape yet. The rack will either be in my room or a spare room we have. Not sure yet because I also wanted to put my mice on it and they are very noisy at night. I’ll keep you all updated as we get everything together.

Bluey is back with us. As soon as he got to his new home, the female began resource guarding and snapping at him. Luckily, Bluey did all the right things in response, which I expected from him.
My mom is also bringing home another pittie today. From what I was told she was found, not microchipped, and is expected to be 8 or 9 months, super skinny. I’ll post pictures when she gets here.
